Where the best bounty hunters earn the biggest rewards
YouBounty completely free for bounty hunters. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or microtransactions for hunters.
YouBounty partners with Stripe to process your earned cash. Stripe Connect registration is free. Stripe takes a small fee when you withdraw.
Renown bounties are quicker bounties that reward a currency called "renown" instead of cash. Renown will enable additional features in future versions.
For every 5 renown bounties you complete, you unlock 1 cash bounty. Cash bounties take a little more time and require a challenge question.
After a time-delay, you can earn 50 renown if you answer a cash bounty challenge correctly on the first try. Renown is only earned on correct first attempts.
A correct multiple-choice challenge answer is required to get paid, but you get unlimited tries. Correct answers pay $1 directly deposited into your Stripe Connect account.
On YouBounty you can earn cash after creating a free Stripe Connect account. You can unlock bounties that pay cash by completing renown bounties. For every 5 renown bounties completed (shorter duration and don't require a challenge question), hunters can unlocks a 1$ cash bounty.
Renown as a currency in YouBounty that is earned through completing bounties. Bounty posters earn 1 renown every time a challenge question is answered correctly by a bounty hunter on the first attempt. Hunters earn 10 renown for completing a renown bounty and 50 renown if they answer a challenge question correctly on the first attempt. Renown will be used to unlock additional bounty tiers and features in future releases.
Once a bounty is accepted, the bounty hunter will have to visit the posted url and answer a challenge question afterwards. If that challenge answer is incorrect, the bounty hunter will have additional, unlimited opportunities to answer the challenge correctly. If a correct answer is not given after a number of days, the bounty will be returned to the pool to be claimed by another hunter.
You can! Every YouBounty hunter can also post bounties in addition to being a bounty hunter. YouBounty accounts work both ways.
